Taking little to very low diets of vegetables and fruits while consuming high amounts of animal protein is very dangerous for your health and could potentially lead to risk of developing cancer. Research having uncovered vegetarians having a lower body mass index than meat eaters, this has attracted much attention to weight management enthusiasts and checkers. Chicken like other meats though the best source of animal proteins, has saturated fats and fatty acids which encourages increased weight gain.

Risk of UTI Infection

A particular strain of E. Coli (Escherichia Coli) which is a type of bacteria that lives in your intestines, was found to be causing UTIs.
